Eating Mushrooms

Scrambled Mushroom Recipe
1 cup fresh, chopped mushrooms
1 cup fresh spinach
1 tsp butter
3 eggs
1 tsp cold water
1 tbsp grated cheese (Parmesan / Romano)
Black pepper as desired

Heat a pan on stove, add butter then mushrooms. After a few minutes when mushrooms shrink a bit add spinach. Beat eggs and water, then add to spinach and mushrooms. Add grated cheese. When eggs start to stick to bottom scrape and flip. Remove from heat and serve.
